New plywood needed to be installed and a GAF roofing system was installed on the roof. We ripped of the old siding and installed new siding and wood shake throughput the house. For the Interior Renovation, the entire house needed to be gutted. New kitchen was installed along with Jim Bishop cabinets, Ceramic tile, Granite counter tops, and a Center Island with a hood with exhaust.

The client and their decorator picked a very difficult mosaic floor that needed to be installed. They had many estimates and every contractor that came by passed of the job because it was too difficult.
